At The Vibe, every gathering is designed with intention. Our space, cuisine, service, and enhancements work together to create elevated, on-site experiences. The following outlines our private event options, booking timelines, payment structure, and available enhancements.
BOOKING TIMEFRAME & HOLDS
Event inquiries and quotes are subject to availability.• Dates are not secured until a deposit is received.• Quotes are valid for forty-eight (48) hours unless otherwise noted.• If a deposit is not received within the stated timeframe, The Vibe reserves the right to release the date.
EVENT SPACE OPTIONS

Experience-based booking requires a two-hour minimum.
The rate is $300 per hour for the first three hours and $75 for each additional hour.
There is a $1,000 food & beverage minimum for all events ($500 for bookings at The Forge).
Applicable taxes and gratuity are not included.
Rates apply Monday–Friday. Weekend rates vary.

All private events are booked for a standard three (3) hour window.• This timeframe includes setup, active event service, and standard breakdown.• Event times are confirmed in advance and must be adhered to.
Additional Event Time:• Additional hours may be added based on availability.• Each additional hour is billed at $125 per hour.• Additional time must be requested and approved in advance.
Events requiring extended time, full buyouts, or exclusive use during peak periods are subject to custom pricing and availability.
EVENT TIMEFRAME
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.• The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event.•
Events booked within fourteen (14) days of the event date require full payment at booking.• Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services with no refund of deposit.

Live Entertainment (Pricing based on availability and duration):• Saxophone Player: $400–$600• Four-Piece Live Band: $1,500–$2,500
Décor & Styling Enhancements:
Standard Décor Package (Starting at $250–$500)Includes:• Coordinated table linens• Centerpieces for guest tables• Setup and breakdown by The Vibe team
Custom Décor & Event Styling (Starting at $750)• Theme-based or customized styling• Enhanced centerpieces or statement décor• Backdrops, balloon installations, florals, or signage• Linen upgrades as approved
Décor Notes:• Décor selections must be finalized in advance.• Confetti, glitter, or décor requiring excessive cleanup is not permitted.• Outside décor vendors must be approved by The Vibe.• Décor remains the property of The Vibe unless otherwise agreed upon.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of all terms outlined in this document. The Vibe reserves the right to modify event details if payment or policies are not adhered to.
